GCP Consulting was formed in early 2007 by Gary Comerford.Gary is an individual with over 20 years IT experience. He has an extensive background in project implementation, project management, financial package implementation, auditing and systems controls, enterprise architecture and business process design and management.
Now he is focused on helping businesses improve their process management capability, reduce their overhead through reducing process inefficiencies and expanding their organisations through the creation and implementation of new processes.
